“My son was involved in a spin out on an icey road hitting the guard rail 2x . He was an hour from his destination. It was his first accident and the car was not drivable. Valley Chapel was so kind and helpful getting him towed and helping him throughout the incident. I hope no one needs a towing service but if you do I would 100 % recommend them. “Casey’s Auto & Diesel has far passed my expectations —— they have came to my rescue more than once !! The owner took time out of his busy holiday to diagnose some battery issues that I was having —-when he could have just suggested I go to Advance or Auto Zone and purchase a new battery !! Turns out my battery was 100% just some minor connection issues (that as a Nurse Practitioner I know nothing about!!!!)—and he never once made me feel like the “**** female who doesn’t know anything about mechanic work.”I was also in town and had a dead inspection sticker—-and he fit me in that very same day —-these small gestures are what will keep me coming back as a customer for all of my mechanic needs !!!! “Was traveling from Florida when my axle locker light began blinking. Just happened to be near the Weston exit. It was getting close to closing time but they didn’t hesitate one bit to put my jeep on the lift immediately and diagnose the problem. They were able to order the part and we made an appointment to have them do the repairs before my return trip. Can’t thank them enough for their courtesy and professionalism.”
