“I can not say enough good things about Mike and his team. My family and I were traveling through town on vacation from Missouri. We had planned on staying the night in Weston anyway that night. As I was driving into town that evening, all the bells and lights were going off on my car. I had a pretty good idea what the issue was. My engine was noticeably misfiring (Not what I needed on vacation). I quickly started calling auto repair shops in the area right at closing time. After talking to Mike, my gut told me to go with him. I'm so glad I did! He was willing to get me in first thing in the morning so we could continue on our trip. I met him at the shop first thing in the morning and he got me fixed up and back on the road even before checkout time at the hotel. Not only did he get it fixed, but he was very nice and took the time to explain exactly what he found, and was very reasonable on the price. Very grateful for Mike and Valley Chapel Auto. Push, pull, or tow your car here to get fixed if you are any where even close to Weston. 100% they deserve nothing but 5 stars! Thanks again Mike!”

“My wife and I were travelling home from Florida on March 31, 2025 and broke down on the I79. I managed to get off the Interstate and onto US19. I tried without luck to get assistance from AAA. Thank god I found Hitt's number and called them. Chris assured me they could help. By midafternoon David, the owner, drove to our location with bottles of water and offered to drive us to a hotel. The tow truck picked up the truck and took it back to the garage. The next morning they diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. When the truck could not get fixed by end of day, I called David as my wife needed medication stored in the truck. David immediately offered to find the medication and drop it off at the hotel. The next day he picked me up in the afternoon and brought me to the garage to get the truck. I was able to meet some of the team who all knew about our situation.
David just called me to follow up and make sure we got home ok.
I cannot say enough to praise Hitt's team for their efforts and kindness to travelling strangers in need. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road home as soon as possible. They have reconfirmed our faith in the value of quality customer service at the highest level. I wanted to post this story as a testament and recommendation for Hitt's Garage.
