I called and she said everything was to be done by phone because of covid. which was fine. So had me text her all of my information then never heard from her again. That's not very professional what so ever! So I took my buisness else where.

Getting in touch with the lady who runs the units is beyond difficult. Four days of calling and no response at all.

I had my storage until for a little over a year. Hands down the best storage unit. Best storage place for the money. The staff and service were exceptional!!!
