So I got a chevy cruze today nice car all in all Marcy was very cool easy to work with and quick the car ended up dying at Walmart and she came right over and jumped it and sent me to autozone to get the battery tested and if it was bad they would give me a new 1 which it was a bad battery these things happen when cars just sit around so they gave me a new battery free of charge obviously and I was on my way I've heard alot of bad things about Mark johns and I understand no where is perfect and cars do break down sometimes unforeseen but I gave it a chance so far so good car runs great looks great and everything works as it should thanks guys appreciate you being so easy to work with

Mark John's Preowned autos have been AMAZING to work with. My parents purchased several vehicles from them over the last like 7 years and recommended I go to them. I have no credit established so I was really worried about financing. They informed me about a new program with a bank they use, and I was approved that day. I have had my baby for almost 2 months and could not be happier with this experience. I'm building my credit and have a beautiful car that I love. Thank you for everything you did for me.

THEY CLEAR THE CODES ON THEIR VEHICLES AND THEN TELL YOU THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH ITThe day I picked up my car 8/24 5:45 pm ish the car ran smoothly and I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle. 8/24 8:30 pm the check engine light came on. I immediately went to autozone and got a diagnostic code test done and 2 codes popped up. I was advised to bring it in today 8/25 at noon (they advised their scanner is 10x better than autozone) their scanner showed 4 codes total one including an engine code. though I didn’t purchase the warranty there was a paper included with my title information stating I had 72 hrs to back out of the sale if their were issues in that time frame. The man at the shop (I’m assuming mark) idk basically said he can schedule me in to get the car fixed basically trying to force me to keep the car past the allotted time to return the vehicle. I simply said I would like to return the car and cancel the sale since I was financing the vehicle and he kept trying to say “it doesn’t work that way and he was sure he could get it fixed “it’s not that simple” until my boyfriend gets on the phone with him and says we don’t want the vehicle then he finally gave up and said “okay you can take it back now” then I call Marcie and ask her when she will be in the office and she gave me an attitude and replied with “I’m on my way you can bring in the vehicle and I will rip up this check” when she needs to send it back to the credit union so I can try and find a vehicle once it’s returned. I will say the people they use for financing (American 1 credit union) have been nothing short of amazing even through this stressful situation and if you are ever looking to rebuild your credit Annmarie is the one to deal with at the credit union but I would steer clear of these vehicles the one I purchased and returned was a 2014 Buick verano so just do your research before buying a vehicle and don’t let anyone try to take advantage of you ! I’m not saying you won’t have a better experience than me but this was unfortunately mine

i have purchased what is now 4 vehicles from them and they have been a pleasure to work with everytime! they always take care of me anytime i need. they are able to work with you super well on financing and finding a vehicle for you in your price range. i bought an older 2002 vehicle this time and after about 2 months my brake pad fell off so i messaged them and they were able to get me into their shop by the next day to check brakes/ overall car checkup. they are absolutely fantastic and have been nothing but kind and considerate to help get you the best vehicle for you and ensure your satisfaction as one of their customers

I don't know why this place claims I was never a customer with them because I left a one star lol. I purchased a car from you a year ago and it lasted 1 week. You refused to help me and live up to the warranty I purchased from you. You are a liar by saying I was never a customer just because I fave you a bad review. Grow up and accept your bad review on your overpriced cars with extremely high miles.

I got my 2012 Ford Focus from here. They are awesome, were very friendly and made the process very easy and very fast. I have had my car for 7 months now, I wanted to wait before doing a review. My car has had no issues, runs beautifully. 5 stars, would definitely come to them in the future for any vehicle need.

I bought a car. 3 days later the check engine light came on. I told them about it. I drive it to work and the back passenger wheel locked up and the brake caliper broke. They towed it and fixed it and told me the check engine light wasn't on. So I drive it a few more days. And the check engine light comes back on so I took it to Advance auto(they are wonderful). They said it threw 6, yes, SIX CODES! They take it back yet again. They said they ordered the parts. I have no vehicle at this point. I can't get to work. They say they are"fixing" it but I went over the milage so they don't have to. I dropped it off on a Thursday. Come Saturday, they now say they ordered the wrong parts. I have bought vehicles from here before and did not have too many issues as they are used, high mileage cars and you'd expect some things needing fixed. They acted as though it was my fault and are upset with me because I want MY CAR BACK! I told them it has WAY TOO MANY problems with it and they never should've sold it to anyone. I had my kids in that car and I am pregnant and the car stalled out on me in the middle of the road. Thank God he was with me and I did not wreck but it could've been so much worse. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! Do NOT by an unreliable car from here. They just reset the check engine light hoping it'll be out of the milage or one month warranty so they don't have to fix it.
