This store had really let me down. I don’t think i’ll be visiting again. Yesterday afternoon my boyfriend and I had went to krogers to complete and instacart order. We had 3 orders to do. While checking out this woman worker was hovering over us and this other woman at the self checkout mind you my boyfriend, the other woman and myself are african american. the female worker had come over to us twice to put the paid stickers on two of our items which we understood and didn’t feel profiled regarding that. then after ringing up the first order one of the items in the bags had fallen out and as we were about to pay for the second order she comes over quickly asking if we paid for that specific item which was mandarin oranges. i had said yes it fell out of the bag. she gave us an attitude and said well do you have the receipt . i handed her the receipt which checkout out that we had purchased it. now please tell me why i would be paying for over 100s of dollars worth of groceries but steal a $3-$4 item. She watched us the entire time while ringing out. Yet there were other people in the self checkout but we were the only ones that were African American. She seemed to have made a huge stereotype on us that we didn’t appreciate at all. Therefore I won’t be returning to this Kroger.

They display prices on the shelves that they won't honor at the register. When I complained, the manager said "Its a big store buddy," and dismissed my complaint. Terrible customer service.

They are the only store I could find cotton candy grapes, and they don't keep moving things around where you can't find them, and I and other love that fact

It's grocery store. I mean, not sure what else to say. There are some really great deals every now and again. Prices are more affordable here than say Giant Eagle

Checkout is terrible. One line open with a person and self checkout is not set up if you bring your own bags. Terrible help all around. Can't get service at the deli.

Welcome to your neighborhood Kroger in Weirton where employees are literally laying down on the job.
I mean why walk a few steps to sit down on the bench by the registers, let alone the break room, when you can just sprawl out on the floor?!
Dear management, when your employees lay down on the floor would it be too much to ask that they at least don’t block the exit?

Today is the first day for $1.77 strawberries, yet they have ZERO in both cases. This place is the biggest joke on Earth. I don't know why I even bother coming to this dump anymore.

Me and my husband never go here but last Saturday we decided to, wish we wouldn’t have. I would get better customer service anywhere else. Denise, an older lady, our clerk when we went to checkout was anything but pleasant. There was no bagger so my husband was trying to help her, she started throwing our groceries around and going super fast and then huffing when he tried to make conversation with her. It was incredibly awkward and uncomfortable honestly. She did not greet us at all and then when she finished and it was time to pay she asked if I had a Kroger card and I said oh yeah I forgot to input my number she gave me a dirty look and sighed! I paid and my husband was still bagging so she started bagging too but super fast and throwing our groceries around AGAIN. It was distasteful interaction all around, we won’t be returning anytime soon.

Was just here the my order came up 16.00 over and said it wasn't approved and everything had was WIC approved asked her to see where the charge came from and she stared at the screen said I I don't see what it is told her well ma'am all stuff I scanned was scanned by the WIC app prior to purchase can we figure out how there is a payment of 16.00 she stated idk what it is what do you want to take off real nasty tryed calling their store and not one person has picked up in 15 minutes on hole after request for a supervisor
