I was in town visiting family for Labor Day weekend when I got a flat tire. I went to Ferguson Tire to get a replacement because I had a 7 hour drive home. Three days after getting the tire that they replaced, the tire exploded on the side of the interstate. Now stranded on the road, I had to have this same tire replaced in order to get home. Firestone replaced my tire and discarded the brand new tire this company had just put on 72 hours ago.
After looking at the pictures I took of the tire, I noticed on the sidewall near the tread, was blown out. This led me to believe I was sold a faulty tire. I called the company to explain the situation and they said the only way to evaluate the tire was to bring it back to the shop. I then explained how A. ) the tire was discarded after I had to replace it again B. ) I lived 7 hours away. I offered to send photos of this tire and they refused. I asked the guy on the phone if he really expected me to drive 7 hours to show him a tire and he said yes. He explained that “tires don’t just explode for no reason” and I probably ran over something. I asked how that would be possible on the sidewall of the tire. Clearly irritated, he proceeded to ask for my name and number to have the owner give me a call back. It has been 4 days no one has contacted me since.
I guess what I’m trying to say is to review their policy and make sure to have a spare if you don’t live in town. My irritation is mostly from the inconsiderate attitude. Better off getting a tire at Walmart in all honesty. Good luck taking your chances.

Don’t ever take your car here. 200 bucks to deglaze breaks and they and the dude Grinded them down to the point where it cut 1/16th inch into the actual rotars. Overpriced garbage and truly embarrassing work done here. Luckily had warranty and saved me 200 bucks at a different shop but still down 200 dollars for sloppy sad work.

I sometimes take vehicles to multiple mechanics during inspections because some lie, they didn't even bother actually looking at my breaks but said they needed replaced, went to Ballatos over in Follansbee and my breaks were fine. Don't trust such liars they give other blue collar workers a bad name.

I’ve gone to Ferguson for three years, and had a great experience each time. Most recently, we had tires put on our vehicle. The tires were competitively priced, the service was efficient, and everyone there was incredibly nice. I cannot recommend them enough.

I went Steel Town Auto looking for a car. Took a car for a test drive. Said it felt like something was wrong with the brakes. I was treated like I was crazy. They just had it inspected by Ferguson Tire Pros, so the brakes should be fine. Loved the car bought the car. Took it to my mechanic, and he said it needed front brakes, and rotors. Tried ro get a hold of steel town auto. Told him what was wrong with the car, and was ghosted. I know it's always buyers beware, but there is a reason for feedbacks, reviews, and the BBB.
I'd have to assume that Ferguson Tire Pros should not have passed an inspection on this car.

Helpful staff. In & out with no issues, unlike my experience with other tire shops where I constantly had issues with tires leaking air. Quoted price was what I paid.

Good people, helpful at desk. Don't try get them put bigger size tire on your car then you have on when you go there, tried get them put on 1 size wider and 1 size taller but they wouldn't do it for me. Other tire shops have same policy and had difficult time getting someone to put on my new tires and they were 2 and half inches taller, finally got someone do it for me. It worked out fine no problems.
