“I went to this store for an online pick-up order. They were the only store in the tristate area they had what I was looking for. Pick-up was extremely easy and fast. They even let me price match the item. (It went on sale the day after I bought it). The price match was easy. The woman who checked me out was young but knowledgeable. I also love their outside Christmas decorations.”

After a simple excursion through the store finding my items to purchase, the cashier, Patty, pleasantly greeted me with a lovely smile and eye contact. She asked how my day was going and immediately made me feel right at home. Patty efficiently took care of my transaction and made sure all of my discounts and coupons worked. “As it is often the only store for certain things downtown Weirton, sometimes you have to stop in but the last year or so it has always been understaffed and low inventory on items. The workers that are there always seem to be doing their best but you can tell they need more employees. Not their fault.”
