Wright's not only was willing to help me same day, but when the parts he ordered where delivered and discovered to be not the right parts, he let me know immediately, let me know the new time for it to be complete, and gave hours of his off time to make sure I had my car before Christmas. “I accidentally broke a rear window on a Kia sorento took it to Safelite. They wanted nearly 500$ and I needed to wait for a week. I stopped at AGC and the friendly gentleman took my number,stating that as soon as their system was up he would call. In an hour I received a call that they could replace my window the next day! “I was leaving the Weirton area from out of town with my family, and I got a flat tire. It was a Saturday evening and right before the Auto Center was closing. I was desperate because we had to get back home that evening and no other shops were open.
When I told Matt, the service manager, my story, he said they would change my tire even though it meant they would stay past closing time. I couldn’t have been more impressed. He even chased down my daughter’s balloon when it escaped out of our car right as we were leaving.
