I would not recommend this office for anything. So called sales reps don't return calls in our case for 7 days. When she finally did respond she couldn't explain why I was no longer receiving my discounts or why my rates increased. She simply suggested that she would go somewhere else for insurance. Lousy customer service. I don't even believe it is actually AAA insurance. You can't even pay your bill on AAA's website. Something is wrong with this office and employees.

I live in Wintersville,Oh ,have premier plan with triple a. They replaced my car battery 4 months ago and car stopped running this month. After vs from triple a the problem was the battery. Now local triple a contractor is not allow to replace batteries in this area and no near garage was a contractor. So car was tolled to local garage and after numerous calls I have to pay 4 battery and they will reimburse us. Been a member 4 30 yrs and this was handled poorly. Reported complaint but no calls yet from manager 4 this. Amelia DeBias

I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire an autistic person and somebody from Ruby memorial hospital and you hung up on me and I pay for years not cool get ahold of me. I've even tried to come to the building when I got back here I've tried to call you nobody answers I'm very upset with this you're supposed to be there for me if I pay you and you're not.

I got a title done last year and they talked me into trying a year membership to get a discount on the titling, well it ended up costing me even more in long run. She told me there was no commitment, and it was a one time payment, well they just took money out of my account today! Not only that, I tried to use the towing, they don't cover companies near me. This membership turned out to be useless, and now they took more money from me without my ok...think about that when they tell you there is no commitment!!
