I went to this store for an online pick-up order. They were the only store in the tristate area they had what I was looking for. Pick-up was extremely easy and fast. They even let me price match the item. (It went on sale the day after I bought it). The price match was easy. The woman who checked me out was young but knowledgeable. I also love their outside Christmas decorations.

Was trying to kill time n just shop but got followed around by store employee and some old lady (secret shopper) felt very uncomfortable and like I was doing something wrong.

Can find some good things in here. Got furniture at this one, mostly the same as the rest of big lots but there are a few local things in there as well.

Love it, bought our last set of couches here, they carry brand names and you order is in pretty quick. I'll be shopping for new table and chairs this spring

Worker named Chuck wanted to treat me like an idiot for sitting on a chair that was sold. One thing is it didn’t have a sold sticker just a small box on it which I moved and sat down on the chair. Cue Chuck “is this your stuff?” To which I respond “no I moved the box to look at the chair” Chuck “well it’s sold and it’s all together so it’s not for sale”I don’t appreciate getting treated like an idiot for not knowing a box on a chair means sold. Put a damn note on it it’s not hard. Will never go into this store again. Nothing but junk stuff anyways.
