Shelves stocked, store was clean, employees helpful and had good attitudes, not much time waiting in line. This particular store does not carry clothing like I've seen in other Dollar General stores, nor shoes. Toy selection is smaller. Overall, this Dollar General carries mainly food items, including a small amount of fresh vegs and fruits, cleaning and paper items, school supplies, health and beauty items, a very small selection of crafting needs and decorative items, and is a smaller store than the others I've visited. Holiday decor is slim and not many items to choose from~Christmas is better than other holiday decor~ good location and easy access and parking. Wayne needed a store besides Walmart. This location is closer to the bridge going into the town of Wayne, giving residents in Wayne a place closer to home, many can walk there and not have to rely on public transportation. The closing at 10:00pm is also a plus.

This new Dollar General store is a great addition to the town of Wayne WV. Yesterday (Nov 12, 2021) was their opening day, and the place looks terrific! It's conveniently located on Rt 152, near City National Bank, and across the street from the Sunoco gas station.
