If there was an option for 0 stars, that still wouldn't be appropriate. I brought my truck in to have the manifold gaskets changed and the power steering pump changed and was told at the time that it would take a week. 2 days after drop-off, I got a call from Jason saying that the motor needed to be pulled. Ok, I understand that, let's do it. After not hearing from the shop for another week, I went out to get paperwork out of the truck and the motor still hasn't been pulled. The following week I was told the truck would be ready on Thursday, I get there around 2, at 10 to 5 Jason then tells me it won't be ready. It had to be sent to an exhaust shop to have parts heated and bent. This makes no sense as new parts should bolt right on, right? Maybe I'm wrong. Finally my truck is finished the start of the 4th week. I go to pick it up and the hood won't open, no biggie, easy fix. But then after further inspection, none of the other services were complete, such as an oil change, rear diff check, and a new belt. And the power steering pump still wasn't working, although I was charged for a new Reman pump! Also, the rear exhaust bracket was not put back on. I was told to bring it back and they'll square it away. Now I'm frustrated, but ok, let's give this 1 more shot to get it right. I drop it off early in the morning for what I was told would be a 1 day job. I get a call at 9am from Jason, asking where the keys were. Of course, they were where he told me to put them. (Perhaps installing a key drop box would eliminate any keys not being received.) Anyways, I get off work at 2 and go straight to the shop, only to be told, by Jason, that the mechanic working on it got hurt, nothing was completed on the truck, and that he would call me when to bring my truck back for a third time. Well here we are, 2 months have passed and I have yet to receive a call-back. I do not recommend taking anything to them unless you have a couple of months that you can go without a vehicle, or you have deep pockets. Extremely POOR service!
