My mother went to this post office to temporarily change her address and was met with a man who was nasty to her. She filled out the form and dropped it in the drop box per his recommendation. A week and a half later, after not getting her mail, she calls and it was never entered. Be nice and do your job, it’s not that hard.

When package is expected to be delivered by a certain date, just go ahead and add an extra day on there because they will state that "access to the delivery location was unavailable." This occurs every time I am expecting a package at this point.

This post office is right near my house it can get quite busy during the afternoon and lunch time there seems to always be aligned but the staff is a tentative and it moves quickly. I do a lot of eBay selling and never had a problem sending items from this facility. This post office is right next to a Dollar store so the parking lot gets a lot of activity. The post office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday they are open until noon only and are closed on Sundays.

I was having a problem with the online reservations system on USPS, and was trying to schedule an appointment at the Winter Springs or Casselberry office. When it didn't work, and no one would pick up the phone in the branches, I submitted an online request to be contacted. The online person INCORRECTLY routed my inquiry to the Sanford branch. When the guy from the Sanford branch called me, I told him this, and advised that he can let them know it was routed incorrectly and to have them route it to the correct branch. The guy from the Sanford location then proceeded to argue with me, and tell me how I was wrong about it being routed "incorrectly", since my home was in their area. When I asked him "so do you do passports at your location?" and he responded with "No", I reiterated, "then my request was incorrectly routed to you, because you cannot help me". He then proceeded to argue with me further, and suggested that I either waste my time driving to Casselberry or Winter Springs, and waiting in line to talk to someone about making an appointment to then come back another time. He then also suggested that I drive to Ocalla for some reason. I will not waste an entire morning of my time, because he refused to do his job, and send my inquiry back where it belongs.

There is often a queue. Try not to come at busy times. Doesn't have a machine to label your own packages (in 2019... why??) and last I checked, they don't label at the desk either so get that done at home or buy their overpriced labels to handwrite the addresses. The best thing about it is that the employees are very nice. I would only use this post office to drop off pre labeled packages because, otherwise, it's a huge pain in the butt.

Been coming to this post office since I was kid with my farher, Olivia and Andy are always there to help me and they try to help me as fast as they can they dont like to keep their customers waiting so I make sure I have my parcels ready. They also give you the best advice to make sure you get the best postal expirience.

I llove the folks here. They are sometimes rather unfriendly but they do their job. They help you as much as they should. It's a post office you really can't expect too much. I'm just grateful of their hours.

The lady that works for this post office is rude and unprofessional. You asking her about packages and she's just nasty about. If she doesn't like her job she needs to find a new one. She is no help at all.

Were do I start the women are rude I had a report a package stolen then they try to blame me I had all my receipts saying I did great on addresses everything so I got my package back now number 2 problem I ordered a package n now I make sure the notifi me when its here so today at 4:45 PM September 18.2018 u guys threw my package on my yard damaged it instead of opening my front gate and leaving it at my door and let's make it clear I have no dogs or pets this is the 5th time u have damaged something of mine and have no care for other people's personal stuff ur job is to deliver with out damaging I was told by the investigators that I was the 30th person that had reported damage and stolen packages for everyone reading this I know I sound rude but it has been going on for 2-3years none stop

This old guy around his late 50s has such bad manners. I asked for a receipt to confirm that I return my package in. This old guy gave me the worst attitude and talked to me like I was a dumbass. He told me to take a picture of it because thats the only proof that he will give me. I don't know how they keep people like that. UPS never had a problem with that and always offered to ding the package and give me confirmation.

I usually dnt leave any reviews on any website but i felt like i needed to for this one. I was so pleased with the help i got from BRENDA she is so helpful and nice. I went in tryin to renew my passport i had no clue what the process was. But BRENDA explain and showed me everything that i needed to do. She told me everything from step 1 till the last step . I will be going to this post office an hoping i get the same help from BRENDA ..
