I can't say enough hood things for this shop and the owner. We were down for our 21st anniversary from PA, and our waterpump on our vehicle started leaking about 45 minutes from our destination. I found Tim's shop as it was the closest to our airbnb and called him. He was able to get us in first thing the next morning and was kind enough to take us back to where we were staying while they worked on other car. They were extremely fair on their pricing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. Thank you for helping out a couple in need!

Last Friday night I made the terrible/embarrassing mistake of putting diesal in my new (used....new to me) vehicle. (I owned a diesal already so honest mistake...and YES The pump fit) and I was with my baby who was screaming from being sick in the Emergency room all night. I pulled over and put diesal in and within minutes realized I wasn't in my other vehicle And pulled over. I got it towed to my house crying the entire time. I called Saturday morning and I tt someone at this garage who was very understanding and sweet. He told me call them 1st thing Monday morning And they would come get my vehicle and not to worry... even giving me a price I thought for sure was likely wrong. So....Monday Tim and a younger guy came and again I was very emotional still being I was sure it wasn't fixable and if so I couldn't afford it! Well they took my vehicle and both were so nice.A few hrs later they say it's fixed and ready to go! When we went and picked it up I was so happy and grateful that Tim charged me the original price quoted Saturday. It was MORE then reasonable. I am so impressed with the service and compassion they had. Bc it was a rough week lol... and I was going to lose my mind had I lost my vehicle days after purchasing! I can not recommend them enough. Their pricing is great....and their attitude and just overall customer service was amazing!. I will be bringing our vehicles here whenever something is needed. Being new to the area I'm grateful to find such a great place with people and prices that are great. Thank all of you again so much for everything!

Nice folks. Fixed my tire issue really quick while I was on a long road trip and didn't charge a fortune!

I had a car accident. To tow my car less than 3 miles to my house I was charged 260 Dollars. I have never heard of this ridiculous amount for a tow that short a distance. I do not understand that. I was very unhappy and probably wont use this garage for anything else.

Tim and Tim's Garage are the best thing about Wardensville WV. They came to tow us when our vehicle broke down on the hill / RT 55 outside of town. Gave us guidence in finding a room for the night and assisted us in getting the vehicle on a trailer and back towards home. I cannot thank Tim and his crew enough.
