I called to make an appointment for a haircut. The girl that answered the phone basically said everyone was booked, I had one option, to see a new girl. Now, she didnt say this girl was new, but Ive made enough hair appointments w "the new girl" and this is exactly how it goes. These appointments never turned out good for me and Im tired of this route. However, the girl that I did talk to Didnt open an appointment book or offer a time when someone else could see me. This saddened me. I have been looking for a hairstylest that I could stay w and there have been so many good reviews ab this place I thought it would be my final stop, but looks as if they dont want me to stop at all. How sad.

I absolutely love going to Tiana. She absolutely always works her magic! I can literally go on with a picture of what I want and it comes out looking so much better than the picture. The atmosphere at this salon is always fun and welcoming!
