As far as Sam's clubs go this one is kinda the pits. They are constantly changing the layout. The staff is not as friendly as other clubs. They rarely have samples to try. Whenever I am able I go to another club.

I recommend becoming a member. Especially at this time. This is a very convenient location with a great selection. My favorite selection is the rotisserie chicken packages.

Terrible app! Terrible online ordering. They are always sold out of items the offer online! Customer service is zero. They NEVER answer phone calls local or 888-746-7726 Very difficult to do business with! They don't even deserve 1 star

Bethany a "manager" just corrected and employee that was waiting on me RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!!!! Very rude and disrespectful to the employee. He was diligently working with a hand held she reprimanded him when another employee at the first register was doing the same thing. Guess what she did to the other employee. Nothing! I myself am a manager for another company I would NEVER do that to an employee.

This place can really be hit or miss. Typically great help in meat department (nh). Love the freebies they have out during day. They also have some great mark downs from time to time but really dumb luck if u catch or not. The cons would be as it's hit or miss, some of the employees are REALLLLY idiots lol. They also have never had pineapple juice in over 12 years of going there. There was a guy there who ran the snack stand up front. Logan was his name. They let him go. UNBELIEVABLE!!! They had such a diamond and he is no longer there why?? Bad job sams shame on you!!
