The store itself is decent just don't make any online purchases for pick up and expect then to be able to return it. I have to ship my item because the in-store pos wasn't registering my online purchase. I'm not reinversed for shipping so I'm LOVING paying $30 for shipping and tracking and waiting 30 days for a return on my purchase.

I came in yesterday to buy hair color. My husband and I were in a great mood and walked in deep in conversation to get supplies for me to do my hair over the weekend. The two clerks were at the Register we went straight to the hair Color to choose a color. One clerk immediately went to the back, presumably to watch the cameras. The other clerk asked if we needed help I said we did not. We were just getting hair color. She immediately proceeded into the aisle and start fiddling with products 3 inches from where we were picking out color. Since it was obvious that they were profiling us, I proceeded to put her to work, asking her questions about the color and what developer to use. I already knew what I wanted so after about five minutes, I picked up my 2 boxes of color, my developer and went to the register. She was actually pretty sweet when she realized we weren’t Thieves so I let her sell me a pack of gloves, even though I had a box at home. The other girl never made a reappearance. I will say the girl that rang us out Seem to change her judgment, and became very, very sweet. I have no complaints against her, the other girl, though needs to check herself. I won’t be back to The Vienna location I had a much better experience in the Marietta location. I don’t think having frizzy hair from rain should mark me as a thief. Shame on you, Vienna, Sally beauty. I felt judged and uncomfortable in your location. I buy a lot of grooming and beauty supplies, but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I want to reiterate that the clerk rang us out, should not be penalized. She was a very sweet girl. The other clerk I can’t see the same about.

Chantel and her team are absolutely amazing; I went in to Sally’s needing help and I had a ton of questions they walked with me throughout the store and helped me find just what I needed. I am a forever customer now due to their wonderful customer service skills. I highly recommend!

Good service and Always have what I need here. Just make sure when you're buying their curling irons that you're very careful with them! They do not warranty them past 60 days! (Even with a receipt!)
