I am a retired person on disability. My income is limited but my love of gardening is huge. Recently I have been shopping for marked down flowers to love and revive. The new markdown policy is ridiculous. The staff in the lawn and garden seems to not care about them or helping customers. There are never enough people working in ALL the departments. This is not the Lowe's I remember. Customer service sucks and it it coming from higher management and trickling down.

A young man named Conner was very helpful and courteous to me in my effort to purchase and install gypsum boards for my ceilings. I already appreciated Lowe's but his patience and help makes me like Lowe's even more.

ordered an oil filter Oct 2023. Still pending shipment. Every 2 weeks you attempt to bill my credit card. Just happened again yesterday Mar 4 ,2024. I have asked customer service at the store, left messages on the customer help line........all say they will help.....none yet.. it continues. But the constant billing reminds me every 2 weeks to shop elsewhere. Thanks for your answer........I've already talked with them and they said they would take care of it.... NOT.........

Not enough employees to turn the lights on and the couple that were on the clock were doing everything they could to avoid being helpful. The lower shelves were empty and all of their stock is in the rafters. I climbed a ladder to get my items and a manger comes charging out and instead of offering to help me he called me a dumbass for being on HIS ladder. I will not shop at the Vienna Lowes location until the management changes. I would rate Jason and his lumber department minus five stars.

Only stopped to save a trip to the other side of town.Hard to find a manned check out here. I usually go the orange competitor. Save a few dollars and there is always a manned check out.

Placed a pickup order for a dishwasher and it got canceled so I called to see if it may have been out of stock I was told no they had 3 on hand so I placed the order again and it gets canceled again I then called back got someone in online fulfillment I asked “why does my order keep getting canceled”was told “I don’t have time for this”and was hung up on.So not a problem, Home Depot just gained a new customer I placed a pickup order with Home Depot and within minutes they called to let me know they received my order thanked me for my business and let me know my dishwasher would be ready for pickup within the hour.So my advice is try Home Depot they actually appreciate your business and a very helpful unlike Lowes
