Bought two 173cc vertical shaft Motors one work great the other one did not work so well had to take it back. It was absolutely no problem whatsoever . They accepted the old one and replaced it. We are not sure how the new one works yet. Thanks Harbor Freight, James Burrows satisfied customer.
