Had enough bad experiences at Great Clips to ward me off for a few years but in a time of necessity I started going going back. And only after about three visits I already had another bad experience. I was very specific about what clipper guards I wanted used but stylist seemed confused when I said a "half guard" she said "you mean buzzed". Well I wasn't able to notice until I was up closer to my mirror at home that I realized she had used a 1 and not a half guard. You think at a salon where they charge $20 for a simple mens cut that a stylist would be a little more educated on clipper guards but I guess not. This time I will not return, ever.

Just I walked in My wait was less than 5 mins .we just talked for the time I was there she made me comfortable ? as if I knew her for years .thank you Jules my haircut was nice .
Stylist: My stylist was Jules she is very nice and very good at her professional position as a stylist.

I went for a hair cut showed the picture and was told ok no big deal . Julie started cutting and cutting then stops and says I don’t like this and I really don’t know what I’m doing I don’t have much practice with the new fad haircuts!!! So I left with something that I still didn’t want yes I said ok but it was just to get out of there and to save face !! Why not say I can’t do it put the pride aside and the scissors down!!!

Don’t know the women’s name but she cut my hair far shorter than I wanted even after I had showed her picture of my previous cut.

Went in for a haircut and beard trim today and worked with Bailey. She was awesome. Super friendly and pleasant. Plus she did a great job.

This location has always been hit or miss but sports clips had an hour long wait so my son begrudgingly agreed to go to great clips. Told the stylist I wanted it faded but still a little longer than his last measurements. She was very cold and acted like she hated her job. Made rude comments about how it’s been over a year since he’s been in. That’s because he doesn’t like getting his hair cut there since they always mess it up. The only reason we went today cause it’s the only day I had time and everywhere else was closed. This lady scissor cut his whole head never once used clippers even though I said to fade it. The back is so choppy and uneven plus she brought it up way too high. his bangs are uneven and she basically gave him a bowl hair cut. There was also another father in who needed his son’s hair fixed cause they messed his up too. When we were checking out the stylist made a very serious face and said you should really get his hair cut every six weeks. Not “it's my recommendation to keep the hair trimmed more often” with a smile on her face. Like I’m a terrible mother who just neglects her child. Try making a stubborn pre teen cut his hair when he doesn’t want to, especially at a place he knows might mess his hair up. Which is my fault for taking him but never again.

So disappointed. I literally told the “stylist” I hadn’t left my bed because of depression in 3 days and just wanted a cut to feel better. I even washed hair myself before I went in. I ended up being forced upselled into a product I did NOT want or need after multiple times saying NO but also a ridiculous looking cut that my 3 year old niece could have done. All while the stylist and her coworkers talked about going shopping for shoes in Columbus for the weekend. I get it, she even told me they don’t usually do women’s cuts always men’s but how was I supposed to know that? Worst experience ever!
