I'm unable to return - exchange purchases made online . Not realizing that belk has made my closest Store an outlet . Now I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit , need the refund to purchase items elsewhere while sales are taking place

It is disgusting how little the mall cares about small businesses. The mall workers are fine, but the owners clearly show that they only care about money. The employees would get a 5 star review, but the company is just so terrible. I give it less than 5 years. I know many people that would rather shop online just because of how greedy the mall is.

It is sad because the image and shopping experience of Grand Central Mall has been really hurt with Belk turning its store into nothing more than a Goodwill store or a Gabes in what should be a super regional mall of first class stores as it used to be. Belk Outlet needs to be replaced with a Target or better yet a Boscovs. I'm afraid if this doesn't happen the smaller stores will end up closing from a lack of traffic.

This mall had been a staple since my childhood. It's always clean, had a lot of great store choices, and the management is very nice.The food court had asked if really options too!

I stopped in to do some Christmas shopping last week and Santa was doing pet photos. There were dogs everywhere. It was fantastic. I also found everything I was looking for while shopping. Before leaving I ordered and watched them hand make my ice cream and roll it up at Bubble House in the food court.

They change to many of the good stores out. Place only pulls people in because it is only place to go around here for teens left. Some of newer store like Ross and home good are nice. Hopefully they get some better ones in.

Parking difficult to administer. Pharmaceutical and cosmetics department easy to access. Grocery department was very difficult to find specific items related to each other.

First of all it was packed with teenagers and I couldn't find a place to sit for quite some time. Everything has changed since the last time I was there and since I have trouble walking I didn't get to visit the far end of the mall.

I’ve always enjoyed going to this mall and it’s the closest mall to me and I live an hour and a half away. Quite a few stores and a nice food court with a lot of good places to eat! They have definitely tried their best keeping stores in and with bringing new stores in as well. I really enjoy the new addition at the end of Ross, HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, and Petsmart. I’m glad we finally got a Petsmart!

Can't believe they don't have wheelchairs available. We ended up only going to one store due to limited mobility on crutches. Belks had wheelchairs but only for use in their store. Mall lost business from us today.

Food court is worth it! Not too pricey and kids play place is great and kids activities near Ross.

What a beautiful mall. I felt like its parkersburg hidden gem. Very well lit and clean. So many stores to shop and their public restrooms are very very well maintained. Definitely will return. Super friendly and they have a ping pong table, and other activities for the kiddies.

Mall is modern and does not have that "run down" feel that most malls have no a days. Good variety of stores as well.
