They put price tags that shred when trying to remove them on the front cover. There's no way to remove them without damaging the cover. Their prices are also WAY over anywhere else. They have The Hobbit illustrated priced at $75 but you can buy the exact same copy for $35 anywhere else.

I joined their rewards program. Not sure why I waited, my daughter is an avid reader. Employees are very helpful. I found all the books she asked for.
