There's a weird smell but you can find some good stuff cheap the store is kinda warm in the summer the dressing room is the worst there's no ac in there alot of stuff is grandma esc but again u gotta dig

Several saleswomen were there talking and couple helped others who came after me but NOT A SINGLE ONE asked to help me and I was in there about 15-20 minutes. I was going to buy a certain dress I liked but when I tried to get ANYONE'S attention for help I was either not seen or ignored the entire time. I became very angry and left. I went to another store in the mall where I was treated very well and as a valued customer and that's where I bought my dress and accessories for the event I had to attend. I will not shop someone I'm obviously not wanted and this is a recurring problem at Belk, even in other states. They must all train their staff to be superior to others.

If you have time, you can save an incredible amount of money shopping here. I am disappointed that they did away with the designer kiosks.

Most people love this place or hate it. I love that everything is arranged by size and color.

So annoying, every time I go in there the trashy plain clothes security thugs follow me around. They cough and laugh really loud so I know they are there. At night they hired a black man. I was going to try on some pants but they were standing in front of the dressing rooms, again giggling and talking really loud. When I am leaving one of them usually walks right in front of me, I suppose, as a warning that I really shouldn't return again.

I want the old Belk back! There is something to be said for mannequins and clearly marked signs. Store is old and run-down. Stock is lots of racks full of stuff that I, personally, would never buy.

Definitely different now since it's outlet bulk store. Pricing can be a little difficult to understand at first but staff is always friendly and helpful.

The gal that waited on me was very nice. Not sure I'll buy much of anything else there. I feel I could buy clothes made just as good at Gabes or other places, far cheaper.

Ok selection. Miss the Hobo International brand.They pick and choose what they let you return.I had receipt and tags. Receipt says returns accepted for longer than store says.

It's now a third rate store. The CEO must be very proud of turning this store into the "new lol k". Well at least when Belk fails more opportunities will be created for small businesses.
