Only giving a 5 star review for the woman who helped me today on the phone her name was dunndra sorry if I misspelled it. Aaron’s to win and another triple a member not only hung up on me but told me they would not tow my vehicle bc of where I had to move it for my safety to get out of the road. The closest last was the in and out tire shop but the towing people are refusing saying I could have a balance and they need to check with the place I moved my truck again for my safety before they would tow it. Just kinda blows my mind how emergency towing is able to be negotiated what time for what I believe to be absolutely ridiculous. But thx again to the lady who is trying to straighten this out just might save my account with them.

It is a wast of your money. Takes to long for them to do anything for you and they take your money in seconds. Would not recommend at all. Rip off....

I bought a AAA membership in Ohio, which covers tire patches, but apparently when traveling to WV they do not cover tire patches... even ones originally placed by AAA. Ugh!!

I just had a horrible customer service experience with AAA in Parkersburg, Wva. I canceled our home & auto policy and would not ever recommend them or their agents in this area. Their Regional Manager was of no assistance as well. After reaching out to Progressive I found that I had been lied to as well. Patti Davis lacked customer service let alone friendliness. They did not care one bit about loosing a customer.I hope via word of mouth; people choose to take their business elsewhere. My rates came down as well! Ultimately a WIN for my family & Myself.

DO NOT USE PATTIE AS AN INSURANCE AGENT. After giving wrong information on insurance, she caused my insurance to go up due to processing paperwork incorrectly!
