Half the diesel pumps are down. Five truck in line at each of them. For a multimillion dollar corporation this is lame. Took forty minutes to get to the pump.

Fix your fuel pump keypads, don't just tape a sign to them saying to pay inside. Also, replace your squeegees more than once a decade. I used to buy 90% of my fuel at TA\Petro because of the quality of facilities and most of them having restaurants. Now it's no more than 20% because they're as nasty and junky as old Pilots. Added a star because they haven't closed their restaurant... Yet.

This is my actual favorite place on earth. First of all, it’s surrounded by 10/4 & more, Jumpin Jimmy’s, Country Pride, and Gumby’s Cigarette & Beer world. All of those places are amazing, but none of them hold a candle to this place. Not only can you buy water with SpongeBob’s face on it, not only can you walk into country pride at any point, not only can you shower, not only can you buy 20 chocolate bars for $5, but it’s also a TA Travel Center. 20/10 would be told not to go in 10/4 & more again.

Had my radiator swapped which i brought it myself they charged me 999$ paid came started the truck and here it is i have a stop engine fault that i did not even have when i took it in the shop told them about it they said they cant do anything i have to get back on the list and pay for what they have done

I parked here overnight without telling anyone or paying anything (not in a semi truck) and the next day I continued my trip. Just for laughs I decided to call and ask how much it would cost me to park there overnight and they said $20.

It is better to use lavs or pilot

Hardly nothing soda, chips, candy , parking lot is a mess, sandbox trucks everywhere p an g drivers racing in the lot holes everywhere . And workers are dirty and lazy i dont think they drug test

Went in for what should of been a simple tire replacement. I was immediately pulled into the shop and my blown tire was removed and I was told I needed a NEW WHEEL. NO ONE HAD THE EFFING COMMON COURTESY TO TELL ME THEY DID NOT HAVE THE WHEEL AND WHEN ONE COULD BE ORDERED
I LOOKED INTO THIS AFFER A WHILE
WHEN NO WORK WAS BEING PERFORMED , I DETERMINED THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY OLD WHEEL. THESE UTTER FOOLS ONLY WANTED TO CLOG up their shop so THEY DIDNT HAVE TO DO ANY WORK. AS MANY AS TEN PEOPLE WALKED AROUND SMOKING, TALKING. EATING AND OTHERWISE HANGING OUT AND PLAYING ON THEIR PHONES BUT ZERO WORK WAS BEING DONE AND PEOPLE LEFT BECAUSE THEY WERE GIVEN ABSURD WAIT TIMES
I WAS TALKING TO A FEMALE AT THE COUNTER WHO WAS JUST SMOKING IN THE SHOP AREA TAKING A BREAK
SHE RECEIVED A PERSONAL CALL. WITHOUT SAYING A WORD NOT EVEN EXCUSE ME WENT BACK AND TOOK ANOTHER BREAK AND DISAPPEARED.
MY OLD WHEEL WAS PUT BACK ON AFTER 5 HOURS WITH THE NEW TIRE.
MY TIME IS VALUABLE AND ILL BE DAMNED IF I EVER USE THIS SHOP AGAIN

Shower was good but I ate in restaurant and was the worst service I have ever had at a ta. Server was rude when she threw menus on table. I got sweet tea was never offered a refill. Food was good but server never checked to see how it was. Dropped off check and I waited 15 mi uses for her to finally come take it. If restaurant was busy could understand poor service but was not busy at all
