“I need 4 tires put on like yesterday thankfully at 6 am I went on the website and starting searching for a trusted shop! Monroe popped up and I was like yes this is perfect read all the reviews and decided this is where I trust to put on my tires made my appointment for 11 that day! It was pretty much 11-3 I received a call around 3 that is was done!!! WHICH GRANTED THEY WERE COMPLETELY SLAMMED AND IM UNDERSTANDING AT THE END OF THE DAY 4 NEW TIRES PUT ON THAT I BOUGHT IN ADVANCE AND ALIGNMENT AND THEY TOOK MY TIRES FOR 5 A PIECE. AND SOME OTHET THINGS! TOTAL 153 NOT BAD IF I SAY SO MYSELF! ALSO THEY WERE VERY GENROUS!”
“Took the car in to have them check for an oil leak...none found. But since I was in, I asked for a general check up and oil change. They said I didn't need the tires rotated and everything else was fine, including the brakes. When I looked at the bill, the labor was less than 20% of the parts cost. And believe me, they took their time and went over everything! Trust just isn't enough to describe how thet treat their customers. Does that make sense?”
“The service here was stellar. Nick was very friendly and helpful. My car broke down on a Sunday as I was passing through and they had me out by lunch the next day. They had to wait on a part or they might have gotten me back on the road the same day. I would easily recommend this location to anyone.”

“Excellent service. I did need to wait about a week before they would be able to fix my car, but it was very much worth it. All at a fair price, too.They fixed problems that had been caused by another mechanic’s poor work on a faster timeline than I expected, and made sure to take good care of me and my car. Even though I got my car back quickly, they were able to properly diagnose the issue, and took the time to make sure their work had been done properly. I never felt the need to call them to check up on things—they kept me in the loop on exactly what was going on.I will definitely be going to this shop for my maintenance because I can tell that they genuinely care about doing right by their customers.”
“Super helpful. I just walked and asked about tires and needing help on finding the size. They were able to get me in right away. I also had a dentist appointment, that morning. They had one of their guys drive me up and then told me to call when I'm done they would come get. It was a rough Sunday and Monday morning, them going beyond by helping me get to my appointment so I didn't have to keep driving on the spare was amazing. They even put my spare back underneath my car. Thank you all so much!!!”

“SEMITRUCKS: This place service commercial vehicles, they have a Bay area on the back of the facility, you can come and get your tire fix, is only one bay, so you should call ahead and ask if it isn't to crowded, I only saw 1 employee, very nice guy. I had 1 truck ahead of me. Once I got inside, it took 1.5 hours to put my new tire. Regarding labor cost, I brought my own tire, and I payed $ 50.”
“I would give Charlie 100 stars if I could! He went above and beyond to help us when we were stranded on the side of the highway with a flat tire in the middle of nowhere.We were on a cross-country roadtrip when our rental car broke down very far from where we needed to get to. AAA originally quoted a 2 hour wait as they said it would be difficult to find a tow truck driver who’d be willing to drive all the way out to retrieve us and tow us the free 100 miles towards our destination. A few short minutes later, Charlie called saying he could leave immediately and be there in 30 minutes.Charlie was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make the whole experience as painless as possible. After towing our car the 100 miles to the nearest rest stop, not only did he do his best to make sure the rest stop he’d be dropping us off at was a clean and safe one, but he even helped us change our spare tire so that we could drive the rest of the way to our destination.While we were riding in his tow truck, Charlie even offered us the ability to play our own music through Bluetooth! He was really nice and made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been.I would highly recommend this tow truck driver to anyone who needs help. He is a true professional and a great guy.Charlie, if you see this, thank you so much for your help! And you're crushing it with your self-improvement – it’s obvious you’re a strong-willed and good-hearted person.”
