I was sold a car that didn't last past 8 months when the engine and turbo both went bad. Turbo was replaced when taken in on trade. Was also sold an extended warranty that refused to cover it based on carbon build up in the engine. I drove the car under 8000 miles, and I was offered 2000 dollars off the repair still making the repair over 8500. Will NEVER promote or buy from here again.

Greg was very professional and helpful throughout the buying process. The rest of the staff treated us with courtesy and kindness. I had no issue driving 45 extra minutes to this dealership even though another dealership of the same OEM is within my community.

I recently took my 2018 Civic Si in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service team was incredibly friendly and attentive.
They provide honest recommendations without any pressure, which makes me feel like I could truly trust them. Knowing that they have my car’s and my wallet’s best interests at heart is incredibly reassuring.
The whole experience was smooth, professional, and, most importantly, trustworthy. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services and will recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable place to take care of their car.

I have had a total of 6 honda leases & have worked with multiple dealerships over the years with Straub being the worst. Anytime I have contacted them, I am given a trade in value that is thousands of dollars below any other competing dealership. They intentionally try to take advantage of anyone that is not intelligent enough with the process, to try and sway them into getting a horrific deal. I would suggest trying all other honda dealers before you resort to Straub.

After my wife bought her car, Straub quit caring about her time. Last week, my wife made an appointment for a tire change, under warranty. The appointment was made for today at 2pm.
I arrived today at 1:45 pm. There was no appointment made by Straub. They had to call my wife, white she was working to get all her information to change the tire.
It took Straub from 2pm until 3:50pm to change one tire.
From not setting the appointment that a customer made on the phone to taking an extraordinary amount of time to change a tire, Straub shows terrible respect for a customers time.
I do not recommend buying or servicing your next vehicle at Straub.

Recently had my ex purchased from there. When she traded in the vehicle she didnt take off the plates (as she isnt used to purchase process on a car).
So because of this, Straub decided to take advantage of her, leave the plates on "claim they cant take a bolt off" and have someone drive it and get a Toll fee from the PA turnpike and a speeding ticking in a school zone!!!
They knew she made a mistake leaving it on, so they drove it to save themselves over a hundred dollars and past the cost onto me.
Please look at all options before going here, especially if you are new to the car buying process. This is just a place that will not be on your side.
Update: 7/21/24
After the reply from this post, I have called into Straub on June 27th, July 16th and July 18th leaving voicemails asking to be called back. I went in person on the 28th/29th and left the documents with a sales associate who said they would pass it on to Charity.
I have not had anyone from Straub reach back out to me. I hope someone reads this post, and reconsiders going here if they have options on where to purchase a vehicle.
They fooled me pretty good with the response on here that they would assist my situation.. Hopefully future customers are not fooled, and they choose to make a major purchase somewhere else

Arrived for an oil change service early and was brought right in. Check in was courteous and professional. My accord had oil change and inspection completed in less than an hour and I was on my way.

I accompanied my mom to buy a car here, and Bill was the best salesman we’ve ever worked with! He made my mom feel completely comfortable and didn’t pressure her into making a decision. He stayed late and took extra time to explain everything to her, and we both felt completely comfortable working with him. We’ve had horrible sales experiences at other dealerships in the past as their salesmen were extremely pushy with my mom (a single, older woman) — and Bill was an absolute pillar of professionalism. And David, the Sales Manager, was wonderful too. Thank you both for such an easy and pleasant experience! Can’t recommend them enough.

We just purchased a new 2020 CR V LX from Bill Gibbs at Straub Honda, and my wife and I could not be more pleased with this experience. We got the exact model we wanted and at a price that we were perfectly satisfied with that no other dealer I shopped could match. We bought a 2008 CR V EX twelve years ago. It has 210k miles and still looks great and runs great. We expect this one to last us at least as long. I would rate the Honda CR V five stars, and Straub Honda gets the same. Thank you. Next purchase will be a new Ridgeline within the next couple of years.
UPDATED 3/31/2022: We have had our new CR V for 18 months now, and I want to emphasize how pleased we have been with our car, as well as the entire sales and service experience we've had with Straub Honda. Again, we will be repeat customers and look forward to buying our next new car from them soon.
UPDATED 6/1/2024: We just took delivery on our new 2024 HRV LX purchased, again, from Bill Gibbs and the Straub team, including Dave and Mike. We said goodbye to our 2008 CRV, as well as my 2011 Ranger. Together, these two vehicles gave us 29 combined years of use over 310,000 miles. Five stars all around to Honda and Straub. The best!

If I could give a zero stars I would. My vechicle has been in the shop 8 times within the last year for the same issue. They stated they fixed everything yesterday after having my car a week and my check engine light comes on again. I bought the car brand new in 2020.

I called Friday because my engine light came on. I called Straub and they scheduled me for 10:30 Monday morning. Life being as it is, we dropped the car off Sunday night. By 9:30 Monday morning, they had already figured out what was causing the engine light and told me they had the parts in stock and we could pick the car up that afternoon. The whole experience was flawless and Cody was awesome. It has made me rethink using our backyard mechanic because he told us it was something completely different that was the problem which, had we listened to him, we would have paid a lot of money that never would have fixed the problem. Thank you for your expertise and we have definitely become a customer for life!
