Got hair cut... didnt clean any of the hair off my neck, my face, nothing!....I've never been to a barber or hairstylist where they dont brush you off. Is this your policy to leave customers a mess when they leave? so now i go to dinner with hair all over my face and neck looking ridiculous and stupid!! hair falling into my food and i am all itchy...not happy first and last time here....never again

Other reviews I read about the neglectful service here are absolutely true! Even though you check in online others are taken before you. I don't check in to wait 30 minutes past my check in time for them to cater to someone else who is apparently more important. Their loss. I'll go somewhere else...

Called make an appointment. And then was told to made an appointment online and then that took a while because I had to reset my password. When I arrived at 5:38 they said that they had canceled my appointment because I was not there before 5:30. I would have liked to have that information before I drove out to their location .

They say walk ins are welcome but they are not. I get off work rush to get my autistic son who only wants his hair cut at sports clips drive an hour and 20 minutes to sports clips and get there an hour and 40 minutes before closing time only to be told that I didn’t online register so we had to leave. The first and only other time I have been there we walked in around the same time frame and was welcomed and had an amazing experience but I guess since those stylists were not there you don’t get the same treatment.
Update
My son refuses to get his haircut anywhere else now that he has been to sports clips and here I am refused service again last time we went I did not have an online check in so we were refused so it is now 12:56 and they close at 6 and I go on make a sign in and try to get an on line check in and it say they are full for the day so walk ins are supposedly welcome but actually turned away so I try to do what I was asked to do and now they are supposedly booked for the next 5 hours and can’t take anyone this place is an absolute terrible business

I had my first haircut at The Highlands location and Lorene was absolutely fantastic! She listened to me and gave me the cut that I wanted and she was quite personable, too. I never once felt as if I was being "rushed" out of the seat. I'll be back to her, often!
