Called about a pandora charm for my wife and the girl found it and put it back for me until I could get there the next day. Came the next day and it was exactly what I was looking for there help and friendly customer service was above and beyond expectations. Will definitely shop here again A++++++

I’m so happy and relieved that I found Nini’s Treasures! The customer service provided is exceptional! I’ve utilized the chat box to communicate with *several* questions I had regarding Pandora charms. Patience and friendliness is beyond comparison.…Back story…I lost a very sentimental Pandora bracelet along with retired charms. For a year I was saddened just by the reminder of it. When I came across this site and saw they carry a few of my [AUTHENTIC] charms that I had lost WITH an incredible deal, I was so happy! In addition, the rep in the chat box is willing to help me find the rest of my charms.I am very pleased with this store and will continue to order more items from them!

I received another package today from Nini's Treasures for my grandchildren. The cutest outfits from Mud Pie for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. I am thrilled they are online. It's hard to get back to WV, especially since the Pandemic. Nini's makes it easy to shop with all the beautiful lines of clothing, jewelry, shoes & masks. I'm so proud of her and Lydia's success. I am from TN up here working in the oil & gas industry & when I ran up on this boutique on my way to Sephora (which I never made it too?) I was tickled to death! I called my daughter who is away at college onFaceTime so she could pick out what she liked. Such great girls who worked there helping me! So many things to choose from! I can’t wait on my next trip through Triadelphia! I got my mother a beautiful coat & my daughter 3 Vera Bradley bags & beautiful Pandora jewelry & 2 gorgeous dresses for myself! Now when I go home they say umm can you go by Nini’s boutique before coming ???
