“Was pleased to find that personnel at store were open to assist in readjusting my service to accommodate our plan needs. After visiting another store which was located in St. Clairsville, Ohio and purchasing a new phone, my rate increased dramatically. I tried to talk with staff at original store and got no results. I decided to go to ATT store at the Hilands in
Wherling and the store personnel reviewed my plan, made adjustments , and brought plan to a reasonable rate for 2 retires! Very impressed with the store, its products , and Bobbie who assisted us. They gained two new customers!!”
“I was told it did not take Sd cards...well I was worried about my pics. Then I read paper on how to use. Well it said SD card not included. So I took protective cover off and pulled out Sim tray..my SD card fit on other side of Sim card perfectly. Turned my phone back on and it said SD card inserted!.. then I found all the pics that were on it. Luke was very nice. Maybe he was not aware that it took SD card...I don't know but at least I did not loose pics!”

“I feel bad that I don't remember her name but she was the most helpful, and nice young lady. I know she had a daughter that was having a Birthday the next day. I'm sorry I don't remember your name, but they had the phone in stock that My friend needed pretty much the only store in the Ohio Valley that had it. Heck I think I would take the trip to Warwood just as long as she's working if I'm going to make a purchase. She was just a joy, and helped my friend out a lot.
