I'm sorry I don't remember your name, but they had the phone in stock that My friend needed pretty much the only store in the Ohio Valley that had it. Heck I think I would take the trip to Warwood just as long as she's working if I'm going to make a purchase. She was just a joy, and helped my friend out a lot. “I was told it did not take Sd cards...well I was worried about my pics. Then I read paper on how to use. Well it said SD card not included. So I took protective cover off and pulled out Sim tray..my SD card fit on other side of Sim card perfectly. Turned my phone back on and it said SD card inserted!.. then I found all the pics that were on it. Luke was very nice. Maybe he was not aware that it took SD card...I don't know but at least I did not loose pics!”
“Sara, the store manager, made the transition from AT&T to Verizon smooth. Much easier than simply getting an upgrade on a phone when I was with AT&T. I really dislike AT&T. DYI: If you cancel your account with AT&T, heck, even if you cancel your account because you died & show them a death certificate they're still going to take $ from your linked card because AutoPay still takes operates. Even after you cancel the deceased's account. Even after you confirm with a death certificate, plus a call to question why money was being taken out, TWICE. Twice I called with zero answers. Luckily my mother kept the same password for everything. I was able to log into her canceled account somehow, and see that AutoPay doesn't Auto Shut Off once you die and cancel your account. Rant over. Go Verizon!”

“I have had nothing but great service from the sales associates as soon as you walk in the door they greet you and ask if you need any assistance. Sometimes your experience a wait in line but they do what they can to assist you. I would give five stars but they can improve on having more than one person working at a time”
