I needed them to move a mobile home for me. I called and was told I would someone would get back to me. After not hearing back I stopped down to thier office and found out my number was taken down wrong. After writing the correct number down I was told the guy who does the mobile home moving would call me back. No call back. I stopped back down at thier office and talked to a lady who I was told was the owner. I informed her of my situation and stated I really didn't care what it cost I just need it moved. She said that they would take care of it and that the gentleman would call me who does the moving. No one called. I stopped back down the next week and the guy who moves the homes didn't know anything about it, but would look at the home that Friday. That Friday he went and looked at it and told me the office would call me. I waited until the next week and after not hearing from anyone I stopped down to the office again. I was told they didn't know if they could do it because they didn't have a Jadde. He stated that if they can't get a Jadde they cant do it. It they could get one they would do it. The man stated his friend used to have one and that he would contact him and let me know. To this day, they still have not called me back to let me know for sure if they could do it or not and that was well over a month ago. Fortunately, I found a great company out of Ohio that moved it for me in just one week. And guess what, they did it without a jade. They had no issues getting it from point A to point B. All they needed was thier trucks and a translift. Midtown estimated it would most likely be between 8K and 10K to move if they did it. The company out of Ohio did it for 6800 and they did it all, moved it and blocked it. They even provided the pier pads and vaper barrier for the ground. Mid Town Mobile homes is a horrible company and I can't recommend them to anyone. They knew I had 30 days to get out of where I was living and they strung me along for weeks.

I rented a storage unit for a few months while my daughter waited for her new home to be ready. We had multiple boxes and furniture damaged by mice - there was no food items in anything left in unit. When I brought this to their attention it wasn’t even acknowledged. Then after repeatedly asking for my deposit back - I finally received a text saying there was a mixup and it will be mailed. It’s only been THREE MONTHS. Poorly organized and sketchy personnel to say the least.

Very shady business ran by a VERY shady woman. She tries to force you out of your unit by breaking her OWN lease agreements. After she forces you to cough up the money on a couple hour notice she will send you the receipt of your processed payment and then lock you out of your unit for weeks. Oh and to top it all off, it is ‘never her fault’ when these things happen even when she puts her name on the line saying SHE will make sure it gets done. She blames 100% of any shady business or wrongdoing on her employees. I would give 0 stars if I could. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.
