I would NEVER buy a car again from Jim Robinson or Bob Robinson. I bought a 2019 Mercedes and my experience with them has been nothing but awful. They didn’t do a walk through of the vehicle. Made promises to fix things and never followed through. Won’t return calls. They are horrible!! Never ever again will they get my business

I had been in an accident early last month & had been without a car until yesterday. I was very picky about what I was buying & wanted almost the exact car I had... Darnell & Evan made my wish come true! They were so polite & pleasant w my wife & I. Couldn’t have asked for any better service. We are very happy customers... thank yall!

My husband and I just purchased two vehicles from Jim Robinson Toyota: a 2021 Toyota Tacoma and a 2021 Toyota Sienna. We LOVE our new vehicles and the team at this dealership. My husband had very specific features that he wanted on his truck and I looked all over PA (our home state), Ohio, WV, and Virginia. I'm so glad that I reached out to them. Michael Fluharty was so dedicated and determined to find us our truck and he pulled it off! We're so incredibly thankful to him and everyone that we interacted with at Jim Robinson Toyota (Darnell, Alex, Evan, Douglas, Todd, and Vinny). Additionally, this team was very patient and understanding because we had to bring both of our kids with us. It was a long day for the kids and I was nervous how we'd pull it off. Everyone was so friendly and supported our family's needs. Thanks again to Michael and the rest of the team!

Wonderful. My car was creaking, so I brought it in. The noise ended up being nothing, and they didn't even charge me for inspecting it, which was a pleasant surprise. Honest, kind, and helpful. Thank you Donald Palmer and crew for the wonderful service!

The service here is amazing. From sales, to finance, to repair and maintenance they are always honest and courteous. Our first experience here kept us coming back for maintenance and other vehicle purchases. I never thought I'd say I trust a car dealer, but I trust Robinson Toyota and their staff.
