I bought yellow diamond earrings from them as a gift for Christmas. Shortly after, one of the earrings broke and fell out, causing us to lose the stud. I called about the loss and was directed to mail in the remaining jewelry. They were able to order in a new pair and make the other stud into a pendant. My girlfriend was extremely happy and I am so pleased with their customer service and staff's professionalism.

I needed to have my wedding rings resized. It was quite the challenge but Todd assured me it would be done timely, as reasonably priced as possible and to my satisfaction. I could not be happier with the results! Far better than any chain store I’ve been to!

This is such a rude, inappropriate establishment. I pulled into the lot outside the store and within a few minutes a younger gentlemen came out to ask me if there was a reason I was sitting there. My lights, daytime running lights, were shining into their store. A empty store with no cars near it I might ad. Who does that!?!? I’ll not be able to tell enough people to stay away front is store!!!!

Went to Howard's for a ring for my wife. The manager, Todd, was more than helpful and made my needs his top priority. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

The young guy who helped us was so friendly! Even after my to be husbands card declined due to a banking issue, he didn’t get upset, just sent us the bill! He also spent a significant amount of time helping my husband find something he liked. His sizing of my engagement ring was also just right! Well rounded guy with a great personality!! Highly recommend!
