About 4 weeks ago my wife and I got new phones here and we were impressed by your service. Mindy was very kind and provided great service, she was a great help assisting us in getting our phone numbers transferred from Verizon. Verizon doesn't make it to leave them, but it was worth the hassle, we will be saving a lot of money at Cricket.

We stopped at the Cricket store in Triadelphia. WV. My hubby had questions regarding his flip phone. Adam was very knowledgable, courteous and answered his questions. The phone is working, and we left as happy customers!

Listen, Weve dealt with multiple Crickets and Multiple sales people. The St Clairsville location is awful and so is the Moundsville. And honestly up until now we havent had good experience at this location either. But now we work with Adam. And we will never go to another person. Adam was so helpful and made sure we were 100 percent happy with our service. He made sure to explain eveeything to us. You guys really have no idea what kind of amazing employee you have working here at the highlands.If this guy isnt running a store or 5, he should be!

We came to cricket up here in dallas pike and i have my account with moundsville cricket and adam from dallas pike triphdalpha was wounderful he was able to help me with my bill that moundsville was over charging me with he is great and cant wait to do more service with him from now i will be taking my business up there and not moundsville thank you adam.

This place is great. The manager Steve helps us with every thing we need every single time. He is the only Cricket employee of this store I’ll go to considering I’ve had so many questionable interactions with other staff at this store in the past. I know that if the current manager is there he we get our questions answered kindly and comprehensively. I positively refuse to work with anybody else, especially the St. Clairsville store or the Moundsville stores. Those locations are an absolute joke compared to this store! Wherever these friendly guys at The Highlands location go, I will follow. Thanks again Steve.
