“The main workers at the Dunbar PO are great. They know what they are doing and are friendly. The only time I ever had an issue was when they were at lunch and I dropped packages in the out of town slot. They didnt get scanned until they left Charleston. But overall no major issues.”

“The Post Office staff has always been friendly and accommodating. I DO NOT agree with the post office box area being LOCKED and only open during business hours. I have spoken to the City Police, County Police and City Officials and there have been no reports of vagrancy or distraction of property. So what's the reason?”
“I shipped some very important items last week, they were supposed to arrive Tuesday. They didn’t. For about 48 hours they were stuck several hundred miles away with no movement. I went and talked to the guys at this post office, I don’t know their names and they may never see this but I’d like to them for their kindness and patience. They said more than likely it’s a missent and it’s only running a couple days late. It finally arrived today On Thursday. They were right. I’m just so happy the package got where it needed to go!!!!”

“For Truckers : When you get to the facility, don’t wait at the entrance even if you see a calling machine or system there (it doesn’t work). Just go inside and park by the curb on right side and someone would come to ask for your paperwork. If they don’t, then there is a door right in the middle of the loading docks you can go to.They unload very fast.”
