“These guys are truly amazing and awesome! Called about plugging in for a nail in my tread. Minutes later I drove by and they fixed my tire up like new! I waited maybe 10-15 minutes! If you ever watched Disneys Pixar Cars movie when McQueen is in the Pit getting tires changed. It kinda felt watching that and wow that was pretty quick and awesome! “10/15/23Eric helped us last night with our flat tire…he saw us at the Flying J where NONE of their air compressors were working. He had us follow him to his shop where he filled our tire and checked our lug nuts. Then he wouldn’t take a thing for the time and trouble we caused him! We were on our way home to Greenville, Va from New Jersey and I was so tired and also sick! He helped my husband and we are so grateful. Thank you Eric! “Called these guys pretty upset after being treated horribly elsewhere and I will never regret it! Not only was I treated with respect and empathy over the phone, they were also able to schedule me a week out. I advised him of the noises coming from what I thought was the front driver's side wheel bearings of my class C RV and that I was worried one broke but I was parked and secure. He advised me up front of the different possibilities of time frames based on possible issues and of his hourly rate. Appointment day came and him and his guys were just as respectful and courteous in person. Turns out the inner back wheelwas flat and rubbing on its outer wheel. One hour later and a replacement tire and I've been fine ever since. As a single widow with PTSD it is absolutely imperative I feel safe, comfortable and not taken advantage of and these guys checked all boxes. Definitely using them for all future needs and would highly recommend. 10 stars.Service: Tires”

“The gentleman who runs this place is 100% honest, knowledgeable, and extremely experienced. I've had him service my vehicle twice, and each time, I've learned something beneficial. I waited for my vehicle today for a service and also a possible tire plug. What I experienced was a gentleman who was extremely well versed in vehicles, extremely customer oriented and flexible with his hours in accommodating his customers, AND HE TAKES TIME TO EDUCATE YOU!! He showed me something concerning, but done by the dealership from a previous service ( new vehicle, so maintenance is done by dealership(s) ?). The oil needed changing, and with no time to take it to one, "FOX AUTOMOTIVE" saved the day and informed me of damage that I wouldn't have been made aware of! Obviously, the dealership had no plans of telling me that they over tightened (SIGNIFICANTLY) a pretty important bolt. I feel this, coupled with actually over-inflated tires, he said to always look at the door panel for the correct PSI. After all this, he finished my vehicle in record time, under 40 minutes. Keep in mind, he's still answering the phone, waiting on customers.... He didn't have to do any of that. He is certified, and he DOES report maintenance to (Carfax, I think ?), so it will always show your updates on maintenance, etc.IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE, YOU MUST COME CHECK THEM OUT!!!P.S: It's the holidays, folks. Have peace of mind, with your family's safety, long-distance travels, surely no one wants to deal with the headaches of car trouble(s). Seriously, set up something soon with Fox Automotive. I was in and out, right away. Stay safe, and Happy Holidays!”
“I had an engine oil leak for over 10 years and during that time I attempted to have it repaired 3 separate times costing me over $3,000.00. Gaskets were always replaced along with the fluids but unfortunately the oil continued to leak! After moving to the area I brought my car to Advanced Auto Authority and low and behold all that needed to be done to stop the leak was to replace the oil cap! Bring your vehicle to the PROFESSIONALS at Advanced Auto Authority!

“I'll give Scott's 5 stars, and this is based purely on the fact that they have been able to stay in business. They had my car for 2 months, we're talking Manhattan project time frame here, and they still produced super-sub-par results. (Photo proof attached). I'll add that they give little effort in procuring parts, they'll tell you the parts are on back order. (after the adjusters report I found every last part from an authorized dealer, and could have the parts inside of a week, the job should have been completed in 3 weeks). The rear door was the last part that they couldn't get, I found it , gave them the information, and by the luck of God they actually ordered it, now, I then checked with the supplier on the shipping. (A Volvo dealer in TN) He said it had arrived last Thursday 8/17, he gave me the the UPS tracking number & I confirmed that it was signed for at 1:00PM on 8/17). Now I call Scott's on 8/22, and they state the door just came in last night, (don't lie it's not good for business, just admit your incompetent.) Finally my car was completed in just under a year. The photos shown are actual, the front passenger door doesn't seal flush with the rear door and there's a gap between the rear and front that is 2mm greater at the top than at the bottom. The rear door even worse, measurements not needed, unless you're blind (this is the actual closed door). This will obviously have to be fixed by an actual body shop, on my dime. 2 months and they couldn't get anything right. I won't even get into the metal grindings, dust and debris in the engine compartment, great for a $50K super-charged engine, again my dime to have it cleaned. I'm sure that Scott's is a perfectly good shop to take your 1970-80's vehicle, but if you drive something nice stay away.”
