One great hotel. Staff very personal and do most anything they can to make your stay better. Beds are so comfortable. Rooms clean. We cannot say enough about there breakfast. My wife and I plan on being in this area often and would not stay anywhere else . All we can say is anywhere else would be hard to beat this place.

I'm SO grateful this hotel had room availability for us - we drove for five hours, through South and North Carolina, looking for a place to stay the night, on the way home to Ontario, Canada. We pulled in super late, close to 2:00am, absolutely exhausted and Samantha was welcoming and very kind in accommodating a later check-out to allow us to maximize our sleep, and she was appropriately friendly. The room was excellent - so clean, smelled good, carpet in terrific condition; nothing looked to need repair, there was a ton of water pressure and heat for the shower, exhaust fan was not noisy, and an abundance of towels for us so we didn't need to make another trip to ask for more. The hot breakfast in the morning was exemplary, with fresh biscuits and hot coffee. Kitchen staff was kind and friendly, and then Brooke made the checkout process easy and took a non-nosey, but concerned, attitude for our travels, wishing us the best. Highly-recommended, and if the opportunity presents itself again, we'll be back for sure - thank you!

I stop here when going between SC and Canada. The staff are always friendly. The lady at the front desk even held open the door for me. I need an accessible room, and the receptionist doubled checked if I was ok with a tub or if I needed a shower with lower entry profile which was nice of her. The beds are comfortable and I don’t need my pillow here since theirs are good even with my neck issues. Room is clean, linens were spotless. It seems like a safe area, with plenty of food options about, and it’s easy to get here via 19. I look forward to my stop over here every time.
Rooms: Good size, clean, bath tub is a little dated but the rest of the room is immaculate

Last minute stay, they were so accommodating helping us with a handicap room etc....amazing stay, clean room, great breakfast choices....just awesome overall for the price...Thanks for helping make our vacay great !!

My wife and I were returning to Buffalo after a week in Myrtle Beach and stopped in the Sleep Inn in Summersville WV for at least the 6th time over the years. I am in awe at how well maintained this Sleep Inn is ! We originally stopped here twenty some years ago heading south with our kids, and it is just as clean and comfortable today as it was back then. When we checked in, we were greeted by the desk clerk, Barmen, (as it is on the receipt) she was so nice and pleasant. It's refreshing to know that some people are still happy and spreading love!! I would highly recommend stopping at this Sleep Inn when planning a trip, or just needing a clean and comfortable place to crash. BTW, the breakfast was good too! We will continue to make this Sleep Inn a stop over when ever we are heading south. Hats off to the staff.
Nearby activities: The Mexican restaurant across the street , LA Cerreta, was excellent.

We were happy there was a room available so late at night. The rooms were ok. The bathroom was disappointing. The shower was streaked as if it was cleaned with a dirty rag and had hair in it! The same with the toilet seat.
Other than that the area was nice and the people were friendly. We too early for breakfast.

Elevator was out of service, pool was locked, wanted a room with a tub, but that was only for handicapped. But I didn't understand that because most rooms that are designated handicap accessible only have showers. I just think the hotel clerk didn't want to bother changing our room. He was busy on his personal cell phone. And btw, I am a disabled veteran and have a handicap parking permit. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I got some good sleep. Oh yeah, and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good.
Rooms: Clean, bed was very comfortable
Nearby activities: Hospital was very close and that's why we chose that hotel.

Carpets are stained. The lobby area is too dark. Costs way too much to stay here.

This hotel is an environmental conservative service business. To save water and power, they only replace your towels or clean your room every three days unless you call to have service more often

We’ve stayed here multiple times, and for only $29 more per night we get the suite. It’s a great place to unwind from a long drive with a clean comfortable room. Breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast with hot options. Easy access to a few other stores and restaurants in the area.

This is a great place to stop for a good night’s sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is excellent - great food and the ambience of a nice cafe.
