The Service Department and Parts Department employees are the best. Russell, Shaun, Joanie and James are Professional, Friendly down to earth people with a great sense of humor. As far as we are concerned they are Northside. That’s why we make the drive from Gassaway.

The entire staff was very helpful and professional handling our service issue with our 2021 Silverado.. The parts needed were delayed but Russell and the service department took great care of us and kept us updated regarding repairs. I took my truck to 2 other Chevy Dealerships which told me the problem I was having was common for my vehicle, I’v owned over 60 Chevrolets and I knew there was a problem with my transmission. Northside took the time to correctly diagnose and take care of the problem. I highly recommend them to everyone that is needing vehicle service.

Long wait for an oil change and inspection , I think they forgot about me . 10 am appointment left out around noon .

On vacay, had a flat tire. Northsude was real close to my hotel, they came aired up the tire took my truck back to there service shop and plugged my tire.

Scheduled for an issue with a service light coming on. Was able to drop off the day before and it was looked at and a call back with details within the first couple of hours they were open. They figured the issue out, ordered the part and will call when it’s ready to be installed. Very professional service.
