Was working out of state in WV approximately 7 hours from home and my fuel pump went out and I had the truck towed here and there was a recall on the fuel system for the make and model of my truck. They said they were booked up about 2 weeks out and I said okay just call me once when it's done and so I got a rental and went home. A couple weeks later they call and tell me it's done. I make the trip out there and they had some excuse that it wasn't done yet after being told it was. So I turned around and went all the way home again and had to renew the rental I was still having to drive. I made 3 more trips out there. I repeat I made a total of 4 seven hour drives one way because they told me it was done every time and every time I got there they had some other excuse of waiting on a part of something. One of the trips that I made up there I got there and they said they had just gotten paperwork in to change the two 50 gallon auxiliary tanks that hang under the bed of the truck so I had to just turn around and go home again. After about 2 months I finally got it back and they had never even changed the auxiliary tanks and one of the straps holding a tank was bent. I took the truck to my work's mechanic and he realized they put the head gasket on incorrectly and that could've done some serious damage if not noticed by him. 6 weeks after I got it back I noticed I have a fuel leak. One of the fuel pump stems on top had a crack in it and was spraying out more diesel fuel than it was using. Moral of the story don't go here they will waste your time and just give you the run around and not even fix everything properly.

Super nice guys who did a brake inspection for us as we are full time travelers & had some concerns pertaining to our brakes. They discovered a really bad tire wear /alignment issue & for that we were so thankful. Although they couldn't align our Class B van they did take the time to brainstorm & send us to a garage that had equipment that could handle our size vehicle. Great guys!!!

I don't know where to start. This was my 18th car that I've purchased in my life and this was BY FAR the best buying experience EVER.
