Was working out of state in WV approximately 7 hours from home and my fuel pump went out and I had the truck towed here and there was a recall on the fuel system for the make and model of my truck. They said they were booked up about 2 weeks out and I said okay just call me once when it's done and so I got a rental and went home. A couple weeks later they call and tell me it's done. I make the trip out there and they had some excuse that it wasn't done yet after being told it was. So I turned around and went all the way home again and had to renew the rental I was still having to drive. I made 3 more trips out there. I repeat I made a total of 4 seven hour drives one way because they told me it was done every time and every time I got there they had some other excuse of waiting on a part of something. One of the trips that I made up there I got there and they said they had just gotten paperwork in to change the two 50 gallon auxiliary tanks that hang under the bed of the truck so I had to just turn around and go home again. After about 2 months I finally got it back and they had never even changed the auxiliary tanks and one of the straps holding a tank was bent. I took the truck to my work's mechanic and he realized they put the head gasket on incorrectly and that could've done some serious damage if not noticed by him. 6 weeks after I got it back I noticed I have a fuel leak. One of the fuel pump stems on top had a crack in it and was spraying out more diesel fuel than it was using. Moral of the story don't go here they will waste your time and just give you the run around and not even fix everything properly.

Although we did not actually visit this location, the service provided over the phone referring us to a service center that could help was great.

I don't know where to start. This was my 18th car that I've purchased in my life and this was BY FAR the best buying experience EVER. Josh Staggs was my salesman and he was amazing and made everything seamless. I live in TN, so they had to deliver it to me, so I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Joe and his Wife Debbie. We regret buying from Northside Chevrolet in Summersville.We were sold a truck and then told we couldn't get a second set of keys. We had to threaten not to bring the rest of our down payment in and then we were finally offered a second set of keys. Our salesman sold us on the lights in the bed of the truck stating "these trucks come with these kind of lights, all the newer ones do also" then come to find out they are after market lights and they went out, now we have to pay out of pocket to get them fixed.. we wouldn't have purchased the truck but we were sold on the bed lights. Haven't even had the truck a full month. terrible experience. do not recommend at all

Purchased a Tahoe from them recently and couldn’t be happier with the process! Very fair pricing from start to finish, the financing was better than I could find through other sources, and the detail guys did a great job making my preowned vehicle look new!

service department is absolutely horrible!! Brought my Jeep in on 6/19. I told them what was wrong with it because it had done it the year before. They told me no codes and it was fine but did charge me $100. Here I sit on 7/1 at Jeep in Beckely with that code that said it was the same issue as last year. Total cost to fix $200. Don't waste your time! Go to Beckley!!
