The vehicle sold to us had mice living in it. The service department was absolutely useless in getting this resolved. They were very happy to burn an entire tank of gas out before returning the car. Everyone spoken to had plenty of excuses but could not even clean their mess out of it before returning it.

We have bought 3 vehicles from Mid State and we drive an hour one way .. they really give you service after the sale , they are great people , Shout out to Doug Mcclung the best salesman and to the quick lane ... awesome job guys

Stop in at 6:02pm and asked what time they close at the quick lane. He said now, what you do you need? Oil change and rotate tires.. ok let me see if I can get someone to do that and YES! They did. What great service that he didn't have to do. Thank You! So much for doing that. I have a baby 2 hours away in the hospital and didn't know when I would be able to get this done and it was a blessing for working me in. Thank You!

We were treated very fair at Mid-State Ford. They communicated with us very well. We have bought our last 4 cars ftom them. They explain the whole process and make sure they give us the best deal
