On my cannonball trip to Traverse City, Michigan from Raleigh and back, broke down right outside of Beckley, WV pulling a 5th wheel RV. Good luck was on my side and I found these guys via Google. After a little convincing, because they were very busy, they fit me right away knowing my situation. Were even able to accommodate me with my 5th wheel RV. “I called about a transmission issue, I was told the owner, Steve was out to lunch and to call back or come over in an hour. I went over. Steve could not have been better. He listened to what all I had have happen and then asked if he could test drive with me as a passenger. During the test drive he was informative and straight forward. At the end of the drive he did not ask for any money for the diagnosis and repair advice. We shook hands and I left. All around was a great experience.”
