The worst communication&customer service ever!I have tried to contact them nicely and professionally, but didn't get the same treat back. They truly lack in manners as well.

We dropped my 2019 Rav4 off on July 18th after the check engine light came on and it wouldn't start after we filled it up with gas. They had it for 1 1/2 weeks, replaced a fuel pump. My husband picked the car up, went to the gas station filled it up, it wouldn't start again. Moses took the car back, had it for another 1 1/2 weeks. It took FOREVER for them to even tell me what was wrong with my car. I kept getting \\\"They'll call you tomorrow\\\" they finally texted me last Friday, told me my car was ready for pickup and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. (Despite them knowing that it won't start after being filled with gas) So, we haven't even had my car back for a week. The check engine light came back on yesterday. Giving me the exact same message on the screens that it gave me in July. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and want my car fixed.

My husband had our first car oil changed & check up service yesterday. They couldn’t find any issues but I’m still concerned that 2022 Toyota coralla with 5000 miles still makes a noise when turning left or right after it rains or when snow is present. Will have to call when it rains or snows. (Will update my review.)

Service was great, everyone there was courteous and respectful. It was an easy experience, because all the employees knew what to do. I have always went to Don Smith because he always has time to answer any question I might have. I would definitely recommend Moses to all my friends…

These people are the rudest of car dealerships that I have ever been to especially the Sales Managers. With the pandemic going on salespeople and sales managers could care less if you buy a car so they don't try to negotiate at all. There thought process is if you don't buy it someone else will. The problem with that is the pandemic and lack of cars being made will not last forever so they shouldn't burn there bridges with customers because it might just come back to bite them in butt, if you know what I mean

Very rude to me when I called to check on husband's work truck.. I live past there shuttle area so I have to plan my day ahead of time and the douche I spoke to was very rude about the situation.. I'm sorry but I will never be back there.. Thank God for Chevrolets!!Services: Air conditioning

Sales Team is great but Service is a joke...my husband had an appt. at 1:30 pm today to get his front passenger seat head rest fixed that the technician broke months ago...they were suppose to fix it and replace plastic shims in the rear under the bed and change oil and rotate tires...they tell him it’s all fixed and he goes to leave and the noise in the rear is still there so he goes back in and is told they forgot to replace the shims after being told they did it!!! This is the 3rd time in 18 months that stuff like this has happened...Management of the Service department is not any better than the Service guy who was fired a few months ago and the Technicians evidently have no supervision...they write down they did the work but when questioned the parts are found and was never installed

I chose an awesome place to purchase my first brand new vehicle! Everyone was so nice and super helpful. Brayden got me in the car I wanted within minutes of my arrival! They were very informative! It was definitely a great experience and I was impressed by everyone involved in getting me into my new Corolla!

Jason Hager is a good salesman who will work with you to get a good deal. Tyler Hager is professional and handled the service for my Camry. Finance department will try to get you the best rates possible. Overall Moses provided a great experience!

I had a great experience at Moses Toyota yesterday my car was ready to be picked up quicker than I expected they were taking all the necessary precautions to keep everybody safe with this virus of course I pretty much have always had good experiences there. I would highly recommend Toyota to anyone I would highly recommend Toyota to anyone.
