Ford service center is terrible to deal with. Rude start to finish!!!! The lady taking my order was nasty and rude, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Management should take time to look at the reviews and make some changes or they will lose a lot of business with people acting as they do on Moses's behalf. I have bought 6 vehicles in the last 8 months from Moses for our company and I won't buy another one ever! Manage your people, Moses! They are hurting your business!!!!!!

worst car purchase experience with sales and service I've ever had and I've purchased several vehicles. We bought a new Ford Tundra and no one mention the top of the roof was dented in. Then we bought a used Rav 4 and the sales lied and told me he would give me new floor mats if I sealed the deal. I had to call the Sales Manager to get them to honor the deal. We decided to give them one more chance by going to Moses Used Cars-Ford to buy a little used Toyota. Once the purchase was made I could get little or no response from Moses. Next day after the purchase battery was dead and trunk had water in it. Also a couple days later I found out the driver's door leaked and I had a total of 3 leaks. Dealship gave me papers showing that service had checked the battery and Sales guy try to tell me that when they cleaned the car water probably was sprayed in accidently but they would take care of it if it was a leak. At this point I have a car that is sitting in my drive way that I can only drive on day where it doesn't rain or snow. Although they did replace the battery I can't get them to call me back sales or service about the leaks. Also they charged me $10.00 for a lien check. I don't think when you are paying cash for a car that a lien charge is necessary. WE ARE DONE WITH MOSES! additionally I put a bad review on their FB page and a person said that the manager would give me a call. NO call and it's been over a week. Service said they would give me a call about the leak and they didn't call me back.

This is THE MOST AWFUL BMW dealership and service EVER!! I NO longer want my BMW because of the poor treatment they have for their customers! I own an $80,000 vehicle and I get treated so poorly! This should not be a BMW dealership! A BMW dealership requires excellent customer service and this dealership has NO customer service skills whatsoever! DO NOT buy from this dealership!! In fact don't buy a BMW because you will not get the service you deserve as a BMW owner!!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I live out of state and they were very accommodating. They were very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. The financing/paperwork part was just as effortless. I highly recommend Moses.
