I recently purchased a car from Moses Lexus and had the pleasure of working with Nate Tose’. We walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon, and he was welcoming and friendly. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, thanks to his respectful and calm demeanor. He made the whole process easy, answering all of our questions with patience and providing clear information without any pressure. It's well known that car dealerships can be shady, but Moses takes it to the next level.
When buying a car here, be wary of the "Triton" extras. Recently, after completing my purchase and reviewing the paperwork, I noticed a "Triton" theft insurance charge. This insurance supposedly reimburses the owner $5,000 if the car is stolen and not found within 30 days.I was told this was a standard feature from Lexus, but upon calling Lexus Financial Services, I learned that this is NOT a Lexus feature included with every car purchase.
When I called the dealership to inquire, they insisted it was a standard package included in the sales price. It turns out it is NOT. They charged an extra $400 without my consent.
We requested a full breakdown of our purchase; Moses declined the request, and now we are heading to court for unethical sales practices and violating customer trust.This is our 4th vehicle from Moses, and it will surely be our last. They have never provided a breakdown of costs, claiming they don't print them for customers.
Makes me wonder how many customers have purchased these add-ons without their consent. Open your eyes, fellas, Moses is NOT an honest place of business. We end up paying for stuff we never wanted or approved. That's stealing from customers.

Late April during the return leg of a 5 week road trip our Lexus suffered a near catastrophic brake failure on the highway due to poorly installed brakes by a mechanic in PA. We were towed to the Moses Lexus Dealership arriving after the Service Center's business hours. But upon walking into the showroom an employee saw us and approached asking if he could help us. He was Clint Zent, their master technician. He spent the next 1-1/2 hours helping us, listening to our story and organizing its scheduling for the next day. Most importantly, he personally oversaw the inspection of the vehicle, documenting the missing bolt from one brake and the others all being very loose with video and still photographs. He even gave us a ride to our hotel for the evening. The next day our Lexus was finished, washed and ready to roll. The Service Dept. presented us with a very detailed written document of the repair, too. Every person was no less considerate or professional than Mr. Zent. I mentioned this to the service manager whom stated, "Its just what Lexus does for everybody". We were relieved and confident that our Lexus was now restored to tip-top condition and safe to ride again. If only we lived near enough the Moses Lexus so as to purchase our next vehicle from them. It was a stellar demonstration of the excellence a dealership can provide on all levels and how well a business can be run!

Great Lexus service department if you can get in touch with the right people. Terrible phone service. Music on hold is annoying and terribly repetitive. You get passed around and leave messages, then, wait! Once you get there and pull up for the actual appointment, everything was great!
