buying my truck from this place has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had from a Mosses store before. I filled out all the reviews they send you in a text and i explained every issue I had during the buying process and no one has reached out or cared to make things right. This is my second vehicle purchase through mosses and I regret ever getting this truck from them, even though this truck had everything I wanted. They have done nothing but lie to me and ignore me.

Do not recommend going here. All they do is throw you terrible offers even with a pre-approved auto loan. If you want to play ring around the rosy all day then cool, if not then go somewhere like Toyota. This place is another money racket.

Would recommend for someone trying to get into a nice used car. This place makes buying and trading in easy with minimal hassle. Johnny is a great salesman and was patient with me and gave me time to think everything over without being pushy. My only complaint is their warranty offered on used cars basically ends as soon as you drive it home.

After being convinced for 30+ minutes to buy a “warranty” on the car, they won’t fix an issue that I’m having with the headlights a month after buying the car. The whole headlight unit is burnt up on one side and they said we somehow caused that to happen? Oh, and the “free maintenance” they mention.. they forget to mention that you’ll have to submit the receipts after paying out of pocket for oil changes.

I couldn’t be more happy with the whole process. Austin and the entire sales staff is amazing and knowledgeable about everything, the finance team was great and didn’t pressure to buy extras, it was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership.
