I have to give this place a 1 star, if I could I would give a NEGATIVE rating.
Here is why I chose this rating.
Called them for a part that I needed, everything was great on the phone so i.drive the 70 miles there. Went into the parts department and introduced myself, the part was sitting there waiting on me. GREAT.
Went to pay, pulled out CASH MONEY (LEGAL US Tender)... WAS TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CASH AND THAT CHECK OR CREDIT(CARD) WAS THE "ONLY ACCEPTED FORM OF PAYMENT".
This is BULLSHIT, you must accept cash as it is OUR currency..
WILL NEVER USE THIS STEALERSHIP AGAIN.

I purchased from the Honda/Volkswagon store in Huntington. Though I went in knowing exactly the vehicle I wanted, the salesman was very helpful and happy to have an "easy" customer. Each person I was involved with was extremely happy, and went out of their way to be helpful. Customer service is top notch, and we know that is hard to find in this day and age. I would recommend anyone shop there and get the vehicle of your dreams, hassle free.

I am very upset, we purchased a vehicle, first off went in with a budget amount, they came back with double the amount and thay was after the $4000.00 we put down. We went over all this and that with the salesman, he explained all the extras we can purchase such as Triton Protect Drive360+ which is the Tire and Wheel Service Contract. Which we purchased for $1999.00, for something we may or may not need, and the Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) for another $918.00. So we go through all the paperwork with the salesman he tells us we were all set and all we had to do now is to sign the papers with the financial guy. We go to get our car serviced and we are told we do not have the mantaince option which was $285.00. I call to find out what is going on because it would be just plain ignorant to pay $3000.00 for things we may or may not need and not the $285.00 for something we will definitely use and that maybe it was just left off by mistake or something. I asked them to please help me maake sense of that. I was told by the salesman that went through all the paperwork and pitched all these extras that we declined the $285.00 Mantaince.....and there is nothing they can do about it... I could understand if we didn't pay the $3000.00 for as I said we may or may not use, our insurance coverage includes tire, roadside, damage, etc. I am not a happy customer. I have dealt with Mose's and done alot of work for them, I would have never in a million years imagine this happeneing and it's blatant there must have been an error on their end because it doen't make one bit of sense. I feel I should not have to go back and forth trying to get someone to make sense of it all and being told the deal is already done and there's nothing they can do.?

Initially, the experience was great. We purchased a 2018 Ford Expedition from Moses Ford BMW Fiat back in 2019. We also purchased an extended Powertrain Wraparound Warranty when we purchased the vehicle. Fast forward to 2024, and the transmission is giving us issues. I called the warranty service company to initiate a claim for service, and the expiration date was entered incorrectly by Moses Ford BMW Fiat. So I have been trying for over a week to get this dealership to update the correct expiration date in the system in order for this claim to go through. But, no one there has been very helpful in doing this, what seems to be, a simple task. The warranty is within days of expiration, so time is of the essence. We now live out of state, so going to Moses is not possible. Very disappointed at this junction of the "service after the sale" timeframe.
Update: I was very skeptical about this getting resolved before the warranty expired. But, Moses exceeded my expectations and it was resolved. Thank you. Ashley (I believe that was her name) helped me and got the issue resolved within an hour.

We have 2015 Buick Verano that we purchased from Moses Auto Mall in Huntington in 2016. After about 3 years the paint started to disappear from the hood, top and trunk lid. After a lot of investigating I found out that it was a factory defect in the paint. After several phone calls and letters to GM they finally agreed to pay a third of the cost of a new paint job, then Moses agreed to paint it with a cheaper version of a paint job so we would not have to pay out of pocket, but due to miscommunication Moses ended up painting the car with the more expensive paint job and was wanting us to cover a third. After speaking with Kent Cary at Moses and explaining what we had been told by the manager he said that he would make it right and did so, we were able to pick up our car with no out of pocket cost. I can not say enough how happy we are and for the great service that we received from Moses and Kent Cary. Thank you again for standing be your product and thank you for your professional. Great service at Moses.

Well, I left with a car and a car payment: one I live and one I don't. Our salesman and the finance manager were friendly and knowledgeable. While they wouldn't give what we would have liked on our trade in, or budge in the price of the car, we still feel good about our experience. The next day we received a follow-up call to be sure our experience was good (though she didn't seem to know we had bought a car in that visit). I have a "we owe" to go back and get a couple small scratches touched up, but don't anticipate a problem.

Absolutely the worst car lot in the Charleston area. Over the years I've bought 4 trucks and three cars from Moses. They used to be my preferred dealership.
I went to look at a truck at there so called supercenter (LMAO) they had a truck identical to mine on the lot with more mileage for 51,000, they offered me 35000 for mine, told them they were effing stupid and walked out. I guess they don't appreciate return customers. I will never step foot on another one of there lots again

Tim Douglas was amazing and worked diligently to get me in the car I wanted! After being denied I left the dealership sad. Even after leaving Tim was still working on the purchase and called me back about 10 minutes later to say I was approved ! I love my car and am so happy there’s good people out there that still wanna actually help you. Even with my 0 credit, not that much money down, and no co-signer , I was able to drive off the lot in a very nice vehicle.

I purchased my first car today here and the experience was wonderful. William McCormick helped my family and I throughout the entire process and everything was completed in a timely manner. The service was amazing and I definitely recommend coming here for your vehicle purchases. I will be returning in the future.

Was looking at making a drive down for a vehicle that was decently priced. Checked the website before making the drive and was surprised because the price went from $25,900 to almost $29,000! The value they had it at before was still over fair market value for a seller, now it's even more over. If you find a good price here I would recommend taking a picture of the site and double-check before you head to this dealer. Kind of bummed because the vehicle did look nice.
