If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I'm elderly and had been stranded for several days at a motel while traveling during January's horrific snow storm. The heat had gone out in my car with temperatures falling below zero. After contacting Jeff Morse, not only did he fix it in record time, he himself picked up and returned my vehicle to me in the freezing cold! His pricing was more than fair and I will forever be grateful for his outstanding compassion and service. Thank you Sir, you truly are an admirable individual.

One of the best & most honest garages you can take your car to. After taking my car to a GM service center & the problem not getting fixed despite thousands of dollars spent Moore’s Service Center found & fixed the problem for less than $200.

Moores was excellent. Took my truck there to get a cable installed and got it done at s fair price but they took the time to do a few other things I didn't ask for.likeputting my rear view mirror on because I had a new windshield installed and filling up my bike fluid...for free I highly recommend them

Been in WV for 6 months with no family or anything. So when my battery light came on this was the first place I called based off reviews. They will now have a loyal customer from me as long as I live in the area. Not only did they offer (and follow through) to pick my car up from my job when I told them I have two jobs, was currently at one of them, and NEED my car to work, they were communicative the entire time about what was being done and the findings. At no point did I feel like I was being mislead or overcharged as a woman (if ya know ya know) they brought my car back to me at my work with the receipt and everything. All in all they were some of the nicest, thorough repair shop I have ever used. 12/10

This Shop helped our family in a great time of need and we are forever grateful! We were traveling from IN to NC and got a flat tire on the Interstate! It was a very stressful time and they not only fixed our tire in 15 minutes, but they did everything to calm our fears and help us out! I would recommend them 100%!!!Service: Tires
