Helen Rozsos is amazing, she really helped me out today with my taxes. As I live in West Virginia & also get paid out of Kentucky, I have to pay taxes in both states. She definitely knows what she's doing and by the end I felt like family. I'm definitely going to refer her to my family & friends. I will be returning next year, & more prepared.

Last year, they made a substantial error in the amount of my federal return (not in my favor).This year , as always, I show up early for my appointment & the person preparing my tax return showed up at least 20 minutes late. I was told the individual who prepared my taxes last year was “no longer there.” Since having my tax return for 2023 prepared, I received a letter from the state of WV informing me that rather than me owing the state, the state owed me.

I had absolutely no waiting at Liberty Tax, St. Albans, WV! Helen prepared my taxes going over and beyond to make sure i got the most benefits available for 2023. A business call came thru as we were waiting on the computer…and i must say she was as courteous and helpful to that individual as well without loosing focus on my status.Thank you so much Helen and Mr. David to a quick and most pleasant tax preparation.
