To give one star doesn’t even explain it. Being called broke and can’t afford anything by the MANAGER!! Hand drew back and all in my face by a male employee. On top of it all was followed around the store the entire time. By all different employees.

First off racism still lives.. and these employees are not properly trained and they have communication issues.. to be black and in recovery forget about it.. I brought a vulture in which was to help get clothes for work the lady was really comparing the signatures like why would we scam goodwill.. OUT of all the places to get actually new stuff not used stuff but anyways . Let’s help each other n get back to being a community.. I AM TRULY OFFENDED..

I went to drop off some donations. When I pulled up there were two employees outside smoking. When I opened my trunk they went inside and closed the door. No one ever came back out. I will be taking my donations to another goodwill in the future.

Well-organized store, very spacious and clean fitting rooms, clothing is always hung neatly on all the racks when I've been there. It would be nice if some of the aisles were a little wider because people won't budge an inch to let you pass them walking the opposite direction.

Very clean and organized with very pleasant employees although most of the Goodwills have great employees!The prices are really good which they should since they are donated and they get their rent free.ButThe Cross Lanes store charges $1.49 for a used Dollar Tree item or the item costs as much as if it were new. LolCrazy.They don't test anything but charge as if it works. lol

There was an employee who was VERY rude. There were no signs saying that the dressing room closes an hour before the store and the lady who's name tag was turned around where you couldn't see it knocked on the door and told us to get out now and then stood there until we left. Definitely won't be back to the GW in St. Albans. It's a shame because our family donates often. My 11 year old daughter was very embarrassed. We were out before the store closed.

There are no sections for sizes, and it's kinda bare. If I worked there I would spruce up the place and put size sections and other fantastic things. I've been to several Goodwill and this store is so naked and 2 workers. Man I could help this store. I have 18 years in retail and other volunteering I have done but would like to get paid
